The fastest way to start the entry process is to fill out the form below. This will let us know to expect an emailed the emailed image soon. If we receive this entry and do not get your image files it also allows us to contact you. We will reply once we receive your entry and digital image(s) so that you know that your submission is complete.
If you wish to submit multiple works, rather than filling out this form multiple times, simply list the title/description and dimensions of the additional pieces in the provided area. When emailing images for multiple entries, however, please send each work in a separate email.
- All entry forms and digital images must be received by August 10, 2017 to be considered.
- Email images to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name and optional artist statement in the text of the email.
- Artists will be notified by August 15th of the Jurors’ selections.
- Selected works are to be hand-delivered August 21-24 between 10 am and 5 pm, or by arrangement with the church office. Works MUST be received by Monday, August 28th.
